Terms of Service

ixideal.com is an online classifieds marketplace where sellers post listings — vehicles, property, electronics, jobs, and more — and buyers browse and contact sellers directly. We provide the listing platform; we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller, and we don't handle payments, delivery, or guarantee the condition, legality, or accuracy of anything listed.

Creating a listing requires signing in with a mobile number via a one-time code (OTP). You're responsible for keeping access to that number secure — anyone who receives your OTP can act as you on the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree that anything you post will:

• Describe a real item or service you're genuinely authorised to sell or offer
• Be accurate — price, condition, location, and any details you fill in
• Not be illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or prohibited under Indian law
• Not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or impersonate another person or business

We can remove a listing or restrict an account at our discretion, including without prior notice, if we believe it violates these terms — though there's no formal moderation review process yet, so removals today are handled manually.

Browsing on ixideal.com is distance-based: listings are shown nearest-first from wherever you are (or wherever you tell us you are), widening the radius as you scroll. Posting a listing requires a real location too — an ad with no coordinates would never surface in anyone's search. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that.

Every transaction is between you and the other party directly — meet in a public place, never pay in advance, and use your own judgement. We don't verify sellers' identities beyond a working phone number, and a “Verified” badge on a listing reflects a field the seller filled in, not an independent check we've performed.

Every account is on a plan that limits active listings, images per listing, and listing duration, shown on the Plans page. New accounts start on Free; paid plans aren't self-serve purchasable yet, so an upgrade currently has to be arranged with us directly.

ixideal.com is provided as-is. We aren't liable for the conduct of any user, the accuracy of any listing, or any transaction you enter into with someone you met through the platform. Use it at your own judgement, same as any classifieds site.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continuing to use ixideal.com after an update means you accept the revised terms.
